Pretty good engine

Great solid engine. Im still learning how to make tiles. good luck with this. You should make link able to walk diagnoly though.

You inspired me.

This is great for a flash game. All the retards who gave it a 0 or something low really dont know what they are talking about. If they were smart they would read what your description says.
"How do you explode the bomb?"

Anyways, thank you. There was another zelda game but it was so horrible it destroyed all my hope of flash being able to make a decent zelda style game. You had inspired me to try flash once more. I hope you dont mind that I look at your game (im making my own engine) for reference to make a good zelda game.

The only bad thing about this was a small amount of lag and some sounds were missing like when you kill a mini boss or boss.

[Metroid: Elements]

Pretty good

Well... lets see....
Graphics:
They were rips of super metroid. My only complaint is the quality of
the levels. The floors/Cieling/Wall got really repetetive.

Style:
Its a Metroid game. I love Metroid.

Sound:
Well, you had a nice selection of sounds from Super Metroid but the death sound.... ew man. Also, the music seemed to lag my computer up... alot.

Violence:
No blood? Not a problem.

Interactivity:
Pretty good control on samus but you run too fast. You never know if you will fall into a hole when you go to the next screen. Also, its really hard to land on those really small platforms. One mess up and you lose. Its a bit glitchy too, I jumped through the floor a few times.

Humor:
Thank god there is no humor. Humor does not go with Metroid.

Overall I give you a 7/10.
The game isnt the best in the world but its a pretty good time waster despite the downfalls.

[Special Mission]

This is what all submissions should be like.

This is by far the greatest flash game I have ever played. Almost all the graphics are completely custom, not the usual pixelated sprite rips, but still have the metal slug feel. The gameplay seems almost exactly like the real version. I wish I could rate the sound although my speakers are dead right now so I gave it 10 anyways. Blood doesn't really make up violence, all I need is guns, explosions and people dieing.

I wish all submissions were as good as this.
